Boil the rice in plenty of water, drain the kanji, let the grains rest. Sangam poets wrote of drained rice-water running like rivers through the streets of Puhar. ORYZA follows the same pattern, without lifting a hot pot.
The cooking vessel and strainer that hold your food are food-grade SS304 stainless steel. Outside, a solid powder-coated steel body in graphite with an amber band, built to take everyday use.

Graphite anodised aluminium with a knurled grip. Light Rice is the first stop. No menus to dig through.
No hinge to clean around. When the rice is done, a lifter raises the strainer vessel out of the pot.

Rice boils in plenty of water, the way your mother made it.
ORYZA watches the cook and picks the moment to drain for that grain.
The strainer vessel holds the grains away from the water.
The starchy water goes out. Nobody tilts a hot pot over the sink.
The grains steam dry so they come out separate and light.
Ready when you are. Initial NABL lab tests showed 30% less starch; it varies by rice variety and portion.
