This policy explains what personal data Gantham Ventures Pvt. Ltd. collects through gantham.in, why we use it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address and any message you send when you book, ask for a demo, sign up for launch news or contact us.
• Booking and payment records: booking ID, amount, date, payment status and the payment reference from Cashfree. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's pages. We do not receive or store them.
• WhatsApp conversations: if you message us on WhatsApp to book a demo, we see your WhatsApp name, number and the messages you send.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar data, collected through cookies and server logs by our website platform.

2. Why we use it

• To take and manage your booking, issue invoices and process refunds.
• To arrange demos, home trials and deliveries, and to answer your questions.
• To send updates about your booking and, if you agree, launch news. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Cashfree Payments, to process payments and refunds.
• Our website platform (Zoho Commerce or Shopify), which hosts the site and stores booking records for us.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
• Delivery and service partners, to deliver products and run demos.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside India, with safeguards required by law.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser.

• Essential cookies keep the site working: your cart, checkout, login and security. These are always on.
• Analytics cookies help us see which pages are useful. We use them only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then stop working.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking, invoice and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally 8 years). Other data, such as demo requests and launch-news sign-ups, is kept until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so data between your browser and the site is encrypted. Payments happen on Cashfree's PCI-DSS compliant pages. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to people who need it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it,
• withdraw consent you gave earlier (for example, for launch news or analytics),
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

8. Children

The site is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy. The latest version, with its "last updated" date, will always be on this page.
